When using our chat bot 'Anna', it can be convenient for simple questions and tasks, so that you don't have to wait in the queue to speak with a live agent. To answer your question, if you are on a post-paid plan with a specific amount of data allotted, then you do have the ability to add more data anytime, without having to change your plan. Just text DATA to 222, choose the data option that’s right for you, and you’re all set!
If you find that you are consistently reaching or exceeding your plan's data limit each month, it may be more cost-effective to simply move over to one of our Rogers Infinite - unlimited data plans. The great thing about these plans is that, even after you've reached your plan's data limit, you can still continue to use unlimited data at reduced speeds, thereafter. This means, no data overage charges, ever!
