Carrier name

My carrier's name changed from "ROGERS" to "Rogers Wi-Fi", is this normal behaviour?

Yes this is absolutely normal behaviour if you have Wi-Fi Calling turned ON in your handset settings and you are connected to Wi-Fi. 

This just means when you get a phone call, your phone wants to use the Wi-Fi network as it provides a better connection than the cellular based at that given moment
