5G Standalone?

On July 7, '22 my Google Pixel 6 Pro was able to connect to (5G) NR (New Radio) SA (Standalone) network in Toronto.
After the Rogers network major national outage on July 8, '22:
I only get (5G) NR NSA (Non-Standalone) connection in Toronto.

When will you be turning back on the 5G Standalone network again?
