I always used to watch my Ignite recorded shows on my computer. with the change to Xfinity, the link does not work, and yes I've tried incognito mode both in Chrome and Safari.
I can't post the link that is provided on the Rogers website. grrrr
Such an easy thing to test when making these changes but yet more issues of stuff we pay for but don't receive.

Works fine for me - just tried it again. See link below from yesterday, including the appropriate website link:

One person who had issues in that thread deleted his cookies and it worked, however, Incognito should bypass cookies. Try again - worked for people after a few more tries (perhaps after some time passed)?

Yes, worked for me yesterday using Firefox after I deleted Rogers cookies. But it didn't work today when I tried using the same url a few minutes ago unless I used incognito mode (private browsing). Deleting Rogers cookies again didn't work this time. The following "new" url worked after I set this site to be trusted in my ad blocker.

I see now there was also an Xfinity cookie from yesterday but I didn't try deleting that first. Anyway everything seems fine now in Firefox and Edge.

It didn't work on Chrome the first time I opened the page but works fine on MS Edge. There is a clitch on Roger's side, but like Apple they customer blame saying it cannot possibly be their problem. Same thing happened with Disney Plus, didn't work for the longest time until suddenly it did.

Although it can be Rogers issue, if the website works on one browser and not another, then it's usually something related to your computer browser - like a bad cookie, or cache, or browser extension. Did you try Chrome Incognito? If that works, then it's a cookie or cache issue. Here's a list of things that cause website issues:
Yesterday I had an issue with the Hyatt website on Chrome. Tried incognito mode as a test and it worked, so I deleted Hyatt cookies on Chrome and the website worked fine again.
Sunday
It is not working for me. I tried to delete all cookies. All it des is buffering with message "Now Connecting to your entertainment experience" Same with using firefox. Very frustrating.
Monday
@krist8 : Does it work on the Xfinity Stream app on a phone or tablet? Did you look at the other items that can affect websites? Did you try incognito/private mode? Link again below:

Does exactly the same for me until I pause my ad blocker.

@Lorne4 : Thank you for that. Adblockers are specifically mentioned in the link I provide. Interestingly, I use Adblock Plus on Chrome on my Mac Mini M2 without problems. ABP can also be disabled for specific websites.
I always have a totally unmodified (clean) browser on my computer to test with "problem" websites. If that works, then the issue is almost always with your other browser settings/extensions, etc.
Monday
I finally figured that out.

Thanks for all the responses. I did not have Adblock in chrome or Firefox. What I eventually stumble upon is that my Nordvpn has set adbock on, although Nordvpn is not on. After clicking it off, it works.

I'm having the same problem with Google Chrome. I was able to get it to work on Firefox. I still want it fixed on Google but hope this helps you.

Found out Chrome was not working because of my Ad Blocker
