Website is impossible to navigate! I swear Rogers purposely makes their website non user friendly to trick customers into spending more money. Impossible to find any information. Even the search tab doesn't work. Trying to find out the cost of a specific channel or theme pack and cannot find it anywhere.

The costs for grandfathered (legacy digital cable) plans are not available on the website because Rogers is migrating everyone to IgniteTV. If you wish to know the pricing of Ignite, go to the website, click Shop, TV, Get IgniteTV, then login to your address in the popup, then look at the packages or channels tab. All of that information is there.
The search function works fine for me, although finding the appropriate search terms can sometimes be tricky depending on what you're looking for.
