New to Ignite TV - Can't Access MyRogers

I JUST JOINED THE IGNITE GROUP WITH ROGERS BUT NOW I CANT SEE MYROGERS ACCOUNT TO SEE MY BILLS ANYMORE. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

when you signed up, were you an EXISTING customer, or a NEW customer? did u consolidate your ignite TV account to your existing rogers account? most people who activate or add igniter NEVER ask these questions but these are the most important questions to ask when signing up
