Hi, This app keeps crashing on me over the past week with the new update (Samsung S21+). I would like to pay my over due bill since you won't take my payment in stores and over the phone anymore. I have cleared the Cache, App Data and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I am still having the same issue.

I appreciate your attempts to make the payment and the troubleshooting steps you've already tried. I know MyRogers is the quickest way to get this done. May you please confirm if you're able to log into MyRogers via the browser? If yes, then you can make the payment and save your CC info to avoid any over due bills.
