I've been here awhile

Hello, what's with all the problems and error messages with my rogers? Since switching to Rogers internet, I'd had nothing but problems. Now, I'm getting an error message saying. " No active services to manage, You're waiting for activation, so there's nothing to manage right now. To review and manage your appointments, sign in to your MyRogers account at rogers.com  ". My account is active, and my internet works. Also, I've been getting " something went wrong". This is very frustrating and very annoying. I can't even view or manage my internet service anymore, nothing works...

You've come to the right place. In order to assist you, I have a few questions:

 

1) How long ago was the Internet service activated?

2) Did you ever have more than one MyRogers account? Or did you provide more than one email address?

3) Do you get an option to add or link your account number to the MyRogers profile?

4) Did you previously have access to the dashboard? If yes, when was the last time you were able to fully access the app? 

5) If this is not a brand new account, were there any account changes made recently?

Thanks for your reply. Based on my experience with Rogers, and the very poor customer service I received, and all the issues, and all the problems with my rogers, I've cancelled everything.
