I posted a comment on the Google Play store re the Ignite TV app routinely crashing. I received an email to come here and join the community but appears my ability to post comment on the Ignite TV app board has been disabled. Please send link so I can post to the relevant tech.

In our experience, the Ignite TV app is quite stable; It's disappointing that it is crashing for you. We can surely help in finding a solution for you. Please provide the details of your mobile device, like the OS version, the app version, any errors, etc.
