When I set my APN to ltepublic.apn I notice that any data usage is no longer tracked in MyRogers. Using lteinternet.apn properly tracks usage. Is there any way to fix this issue since I need a public IP to port forward?

We may not have many users in the Community using the public APN. Is the data usage not being tracked at all while using the public APN? Typically, there is a delay in the data usage tracking for mobile Internet.
Have you checked with tech support yet?
Community - Is anybody using ltepublic.apn and can see the data usage?

I have actually tested it thoroughly to verify the APN change is what was causing the discrepancy. I would leave it on ltepublicip.apn for days and the data usage wouldn't change at all (I was consuming data). My initial thought was this was by design but couldn't think of why this would be. On second thought, perhaps there is something wrong with my account that needs to be addressed with tech support.

I know this is an old thread but people might be interested that this problem stil has not been resolved in 2024. Escalated to back end tech support and they have no idea. Billing can tell me at the end of the month but no daily update available. I use a Pepwave modem and it does track usage constantly and has settable warning levels, so all is not lost.
