ltepublic.apn data usage

When I set my APN to ltepublic.apn I notice that any data usage is no longer tracked in MyRogers.  Using lteinternet.apn properly tracks usage.  Is there any way to fix this issue since I need a public IP to port forward?   *Added Labels*
