I’ve been using my tablet sim in a mifi device occasionally for over a year and when I tried to use it last week it gives me no service. When I called a few times the reps just tried to sell me a plan. Has something changes recently so that you cannot use a tablet sim in a mobile internet device(Inseego)

The tablet plans and mobile internet plans are different and typically not interchangeable. Did you recently change the plans in your account?

Nothing has changed, it was working before but not now.

Thanks for clarifying. It's definitely interesting that you were able to continue using a tablet-based plan with your hotspot device, as normally our system would recognize the discrepancy and it wouldn't work. Perhaps, there was some sort of update to your device that caused our system to recognize that the plan and device are incompatible.
