Just a comparision here .
Made a test to compare download / upload speed from Rogers vs Telus on a tethered mobile cellphone .
Samsung S23 Ultra tetherd wireless to Laptop
dual sim configuration test done with only one or ther other Sim activated
both data plans of equal price Approx $ 100.00 CAD
All with in less than 10 mintues
The Rogers is half the speed on download at the same price as Telus.
Why would someone pay the same price for a mobile plan with limited bandwidth when they could choose a provider offering nearly twice the bandwidth for the same cost?
More location test results from cities across Canada will be added to this resource over time
Eastgate Regina Saskatchewan.
Telus (esim) $105 month posted as 2Gbps
238.9 Mbps download
35.1 Mbps upload
-------compared to -------
Rogers (sim) $95 month posted as 1Gbps
122.1 Mbps download
24.04 Mbps upload
