Disable Voicemail permanently

My husband doesn’t text, email or wants voicemail. He uses a flip phone

when we moved over to Rogers, I asked for no voicemail on my husbands phone

hes getting voicemails but I can’t access them

all I want to know is how to disable voicemail permanently

You need to contact Rogers in one of the many ways possible to deactivate VM on his phone number.

Or you can PM the mods on this forum, or visit a store (but call first if you plan a visit to ensure they can do it there and take appropriate ID.)

P.S. Probably best to have your husband do it, or at least "present" for confirmation.
