Cellular phone - wrong IP address location

I’m trying to use certain services and it’s saying I’m located in Montreal based on my IP but I’m actually in Ottawa. Anyway to fix this as it’s super annoying to not be able to use my paid services even though I’m physically in the correct location but my cell thinks I’m in a different province

There isn't actually anything to fix. It is how cellular works. Not every tower connects to the ground infrastructure. Think of it like a massive mesh network where the actual connection to the servers is in Montreal but that mesh network extends all of the way to Ottawa and beyond.
