When I first started with Rogers, there was an option to sign up with a yahoo.ca account as well. I'm going to be leaving Rogers internet and I want to make sure that if I cancel my Rogers account, I will not loose access to my Yahoo.ca account. I understand I will loose access to my @rogers.ca account and I have dealt with that. I figure that because I don't see the yahoo account in my rogers members area I should be fine, but I want to make sure that I don't get cut off because that would be a major pain.

You should be fine, assuming this is not a "Temporary/Disposable Address" that is "tied" to your Rogers email account in which case I cannot be sure... I set up a Temporary/Disposable Address 12 years ago and it ends in @yahoo.ca. You would see that if you login to your Rogers email and click on Settings - Mailboxes
