I can imagine the inconvenience of not receiving the intercom notifications. To manage your home network, you need the Ignite HomeConnect app. The MyRogers app is to manage your account.
Do you have the Advanced Security enabled on your Ignite Gateway modem? You can check this by launching the HomeConnect app. If it is enabled, turn it off and ring the doorbell to see if you can receive the notification.
