Rogers Service interruptions forum post

romo
I've been around

In this post, https://communityforums.rogers.com/t5/Service-Interruption-Status/Rogers-Service-Interruptions/td-p/... , the link in the sentence To check the services in your area, please click here, does not work. So how can one check if there is a service problem in your area?

Same happens for me. The "click here" takes you to a "circular argument" back to the same thread.  @CommunityHelps please fix.

Greetings @romo!

Welcome to our Community!

Your area will only appear in that link if there is a known service interruption. If it is not known, then it will not appear there and I would encourage you to contact us directly for troubleshooting support.

Please PM us @CommunityHelps. If you're not familiar with our PMing process, you can find instructions here.

Regards,

RogersCorey
