Rogers Internet Outage

Hello,
I live in the L4Z 2Z4 area and all my Rogers services are down. The Rogers techs have dug a big hole outside my home and they are replacing some cables. They have not given an ETA by when the services would be back. He says it could be 2-3 days or a week which is ridiculous. They did not send any notification that they would be doing any maintainenance in the area. Anyone in the same boat?
