Network login keeps showing up

All of a sudden when I reset my router everything that gets connect is asked to create a wifi password and set the SSID. It prevents people from logging into the internet. The computer that access the settings is fine though. Also get a lot of security warnings about not having a secure connection.

Can someone explain why this occurs?

Cause: you reset your router

Effect: your SSID ID & password have been deleted.

Or, you have a defective router that cannot "remember" the configuration changes that you made.

Are you writing about a third-party router that you have purchased, or the router that Rogers is renting to you?
