Internet terrible service

I've been around
I have been rogers customer for many years as in past they've been really good but for the past 2 to 3 yrs now ROGERS became terrible, especially internet service.
I have been calling rogers for past 2 going to 3 years now about my internet on temporary line my road finish building over 2 to 3 years now too and every time you speak with manger they will escalate it or they waiting on city or the burial crew etc.
It became a nightmare with rogers every time the wind is heavy you get knock off the temporary lines my tree at front of my house has been decorating with rogers lines its ridiculous, I feel rogers don't value their customer anymore no mmatter the complaints .
Rogers is not good they terrible even with managers taking complaints no better either.
I'm so frustrated with them !!!!😡😡😡😡😡

2-3 years to get a temporary line buried doesn't sound right. It definitely shouldn't take that long. I can completely sympathize with your frustrations in this situation.

When two monopolies control all the media, and all ways to get that media content, there is little need to care about what the customers think or how much you pay for the service, when you call for help they run you through the same script every time, some of the techs that come out have less knowledge than the customer they’re out to help

so your basically on your own to try and fix your issues or simply go without internet😏
