Internet Interference

There's a problem with an internet-connected device in your home that's interfering with the Rogers network in your area. This may be a computer, phone, tablet, sensors or any other device connected to your Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, we're unable to help you identify the problem device.

We ran virus scans, blocked ports 135 and 137-139 TCP and UDP but still keep getting the messages from Rogers,

The IP reported below is the IP responding to scans. It is possible a different IP may be listening and responding from the IP below.

@shanaz007  Rogers apparently has detected something on your network that is sharing files, a disk, or a printer on the open Internet.  Have you put your Rogers modem into "bridge mode" and are you using your own router or, are you using the Rogers modem in a default configuration?  Have you inadvertently enabled file/print sharing on a router or gateway, even if you don't have any such external device attached?

So Rogers modem not in "bridge mode" a

Rogers modem not in a default configuration?   file/print sharing on a router or gateway not enabled

I set Firewall to Maximum

I set Ping from WAN to Deny

but....I can still see IPV4 from outsider VPN Disabled - IPSec, PPTP and L2TP

It seems we have a static IP address. Bad news is if someone knows it.

Weirdest thing is Port 137 is blocked so not sure how it can say that Port 137 sending stuff out. Still a mystery.

@shanaz007  I don't know if this could be a contributing factor but I would also disable UPnP on the Rogers gateway... unless you absolutely need to have it enabled.
