Hello, @stapells
Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums!
Are you using an email client like outlook or do you use webmail to send your emails?
We look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Tony.
Just typed you a reply, and it seems to have thrown it away.
It says : Your content was last auto-saved at 12:09 AM
but I do not see it anywhere.
Here I go again.
I have been using Thunderbird as my Rogers client for 25 years, from PoP to SSL.
I use the auto-BCC there.
Unfortunately Rogers has blown up their email client link, and I have been using webmail while they try and fix it.
So my question is for webmail.

Good morning @stapells!
See here for instructions on how to enable it: Enable automatic email forwarding in Mail for Desktop | Yahoo Help - SLN29133

@RogersCorey : I don't believe that @stapells is looking for email forwarding, rather how to automatically cc or bcc someone. I don't believe this is possible in Webmail, rather you need to use an e-mail client, like Outlook or Thunderbird on a computer (or perhaps app on a device).
@stapells : Although Rogers/Yahoo! no longer allow you to generate an app password, some email clients still work. For example, the PC version of Thunderbird will work without an app password and so will the latest subscription version of Outlook where there is an option in the compose settings to bcc yourself. I use Outlook for Mac as part of MS365 and the lines for CC and BCC can be made "visible" (without additional steps like clicking) when you compose or reply to an email, however, you still need to fill in the email address. I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for.
With Webmail, it looks like you need to click the cc/bcc option each time you compose a message in Webmail.
Please see the following summary post regarding using Rogers/Yahoo! emails.

You are exactly right.
I have been using Rogers emails (6) for 25 years,
and all of them with Thunderbird as my e-mail client.
My mail management strategy is quite sophisticated,
and BCC: myself so that 100% of my emails appear in my inbox.
I have 6 Rogers, Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo and 6 Google accounts (including 3 non-profit organizations) all funneled into their own directories.
There are hundreds of multi-level folders containing
many hundreds of thousands of emails going back 25 years.
All this was (temporarily, I hope!) rendered useless when a
Rogers mail outage started Sept 25, and is still in progress -
2nd level support is working on it, but has no answers as of today.
Only affects some clients, but is spread across Canada.
My issues may be the worst.
After the ceasing of all email for almost 3 days,
when the flood started back, I had 3 huge issues.
1. Every email came into my master account twice.
2. Every email also went into at least 3 other of my email accounts.
3. Critical pointers seem to have been lost, and Rogers felt it needed to resend all 400,000 emails back to Thunderbird. This resulted in zero cycles being available for my mail usage, rendering it unusable. This took 4 days for it to complete the email dump.
#3 worked fine (NOT #1 & #2) for some hours, but has twice since started the history re-download - for hours and then stopped.
Hence, I wanted to at least do some minimal work through Webmail,
but wanted to have it BCC me like before.
Thanks for your reply,
Richard
