I’ve been struggling for two weeks trying to resolve Xfinity tv issues. I can watch on my tablet without incident. I tried to airplay it to my TV that doesn’t have a set up box, but it freeezes. I’ve tried to watch on a different tv that is connected to the Set up box but it randomly looses connection and the screen goes black. This is all new. Never had this issue a month ago. Rogers technician came and replaced our Gateway, but no improvement. Here’s a screenshot of my test connection.

What sort of troubleshooting have you attempted so far? Which of the devices pictured is the one you're attempting to cast from? Do all devices have issues casting to a TV from the Rogers Xfinity Stream app?
Once I know a little more, I'll be able to provide more specific troubleshooting feedback.

Thank you for the updated information. You mentioned you have tried your iPad and an iPhone 12. In the image it does show you have an iPhone 8 and an iPad Air as well. Are you having issues on all your apple device or does it work on some? If you can let us know the full make and model as well as the OS for the devices that it is not working on.
