I have never tried to test this. As far as I know, Blocked Keywords can only be set up through the web admin UI. I also cannot see how the Gateway could do this on encrypted https:// connections (unless it tries to downgrade secure connections) so it's not really a very useful feature to enable.
Furthermore, in order to block based on keyword, the Gateway would need to use its own processor to inspect and forward packets. That would disable internal hardware acceleration and severely degrade performance and throughput.
