Choosing Font options when composing an Email with Yahoo

Hello. In Rogers Yahoo email, there seems to be no options to underline, make bold, change the size of the font or its type when in the composing window, such as there is in this window where I am composing this email  now.

How would I find the tool ribbon in Rogers Yahoo composing email window when writing an email, as I have done in  this email?

Thank you for your assistance.

@chdiamo1 : It sounds like you may still be using Rogers/Yahoo Basic Mail.  Near the top right of my webmail window there is an option for me to "switch to the newest Rogers Yahoo Mail".  Click that and you should then see a "ribbon" at the bottom of any messages you compose with lots of font options including colour, emojis, etc.

We're talking about if you're in Webmail - accessing e-mail via a browser (any browser on any computer or device in desktop mode should work).  If you're on basic mail, there should be an option near the top right of the screen to "Switch to the Standard Version of Rogers Yahoo Mail" - see screenshot below: (The text has changed since my post of 4 years ago, but the selection is in the same place...)

StandardStandard

Once you are in the standard instead of basic version, you will see the font selection at the bottom of the "compose" page - see screenshot below:

It may take a few minutes for the mods to approve my attachments.

You get to Webmail by using the following link and clicking "mail" at the top right of the screen, then filling in your email address and password.  You may need to confirm 2FA via a text.
