I have tried calling every number on the rogers website to speak to a customer care specialist - as talking to the online chat, they cannot help me.
Every time I call I am told the customer care is closed but to talk to someone online. When I talk to someone online they direct me to the number I just called, say I can provide a contact number (which I have not been able to do). My matter is time sensitive but it is impossible to speak to someone.
Working hours say 9am to 7pm - its almost 11am... Please advise how I can speak to someone.

I have been trying to cancel my services but the online support can't do that. So how am I supposed to cancel when I cannot speak to anyone. It is time sensitive because I don't want to continue to be charged for services I will no longer be using as of Saturday

Which timezone are you located in @Ksing44? Please keep in mind that our call centre hours differ based upon the timezone you're in.
If you're looking to cancel your services, you would definitely need to call in.

I am in EST. I have been trying to call since 10am EST and have called 10 separate times. I spoke with an online rep and they mentioned 'I should be able to call now" as if the number is being held off from calls.
