Can someone be using my Bluetooth

I see 2 accounts under my Rogers Internet id

It's a possibility that someone else may have paired to a Bluetooth device in your home if you've left it in pairing mode but keep in mind that Bluetooth has a limited range of approximately 30 feet. 

There are ways to unpair a device but I'll need to know what I'm working with before any specific instructions could be provided on how to do this.

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you're seeing so that we can get a better idea of what we're working with?
