While watching live NFL football, I am experiencing buffering and picture quality issues that I have not experienced before. My Rogers contact tells me that uploads are capped at 3 in our rural area. My contract is for up to 5. How can Rogers be convinced that their customers are not happy with this situation.
And can anyone else help?

How is it you're watching live NFL football? Are you watching through Ignite TV or a streaming service? If you're watching through a streaming service, please let us know which one.
