2.4 ghz band suddenly almost nonexistent on Xb7 modem

XB 7 wifi modem, 5 ghz band works great and is fast however the 2.4ghz has almost zero bandwidth and speed?  
2.4 GHz was working great then stopped with no change of location of equipment, tried rebooting, resetting and re- configuring and splitting the bands.  No improvement.

I’m left thinking the 2.4 GHz radio is the issue.

Ideas or suggestions?
