This is the process to create a playlist below, except when (using set-top box and remote) you go in and select a recording, there is no option to create a playlist. Hello? How do we get this working?
Creating a playlist
Select the recording or On Demand title that you want to add to a playlist.
Select Playlist.
You will be given the option to add the content to an existing playlist or to create a new playlist.
update: Thanks to my wifey (she figured it out) the playlist option only appears some of the time. It's not always there, so it's kind of a useless feature. Another hour of my life wasted.
