I'm trying to redeem my Apple TV+ 3 months free offer (given to me when I switched to ROGERS). But I always get an error when I follow ROGERS instruction to say "Apple TV+ offer" into the voice remote. Pic or error below. Any ideas how to fix?
@Paul1772 The way that you redeem the Apple TV+ offer is that you launch the "Apple TV+" app on the Ignite set-top box, click the "Sign In or Sign Up" button, then follow the on-screen instructions.
However, this was also a time-limited offer. According to the FAQ, the "3 free months of Apple TV+" promotion was only valid until January 8, 2024.
