Until yesterday, the voicemail always played the most recent messages first. I accidentally hit some buttons at some point and now it plays the oldest message first. I can find now documentation on selecting the order of messages or how to fix this problem.
Another minor issue. After entering my password, I used to get an a choice of listen to the messages by pressing 11. This is in the Rogers documentation, but it disappeared long ago. Instead, the voicemail goes straight into the messages. In fact, I can't get many of the options in the documentation to works as described. What gives?

Here's one example of instructions for Home Phone Voicemail.
https://www.rogers.com/support/home-phone/set-up-and-check-your-voicemail
There are additional related links at the bottom of the page.
For example: https://www.rogers.com/support/home-phone/set-up-additional-features-for-your-voicemail
I don't see anything regarding the order of voicemails. Perhaps you're somehow being taken to saved messages by pressing #?
Edit: I suggest you call into your Voicemail and check out all of the personal and administrative options. For example you can select AutoPlay, or timestamp, etc.
