You can turn off/on voicemail or remove the feature completely if you decide you don’t want it.

To turn off voicemail:

  1. Dial *91 from your home phone.
  2. Listen for two beeps to confirm that voicemail has been turned off, then hang up.
  3. Repeat step 1 but this time dial *93, then hang up once you hear the two beeps.

To turn on voicemail:

  1. Dial *90 from your home phone.
  2. Listen for two beeps to confirm that voicemail has been turned on, then hang up.
  3. Repeat step 1 but this time dial *92, then hang up once you hear the two beeps.

Good evening and welcome to the Rogers Community Forums @Pipedreaming,

I realize some users do not wish to avail the voicemail service due to personal preference. Depending on your current home phone plan we should be able to complete your request for you.

That is correct if you already had your line installed do not need Voicemail on your Home Phone line, then simply have your service provider, rogers in this case remove it from your account configuration. Its very easy.

And when you are ordering home phone line for the first time, you can request that they do not include voicemail at the time of your order as well and it will not be included.
