Will call forward function if ignite internet is seasonally suspended?

When adding a temporary (seasonal) suspension to your Ignite services, please note that ALL of your Ignite products would need to be suspended, including your Ignite Home Phone (if applicable).
With that being said, once suspended, you'll still have access to:
- 611, 711 and 911.
- Voicemail; but it will only be accessible via remote access number or online voicemail. You cannot receive new voicemails. Make sure to write down your existing voicemail password. If you need to reset or change your password you can do so by contacting Live Chat.
- Unlisted number
Ignite home phone calling features such as “Call Transfer” and “Online Manager" (with Call Forwarding) will not be accessible during a temporary suspension.
