Lately users have been urging people to use the Rogers Share a Concern page to report problems the cannot get help with here. While you can Google that page, it would be really handy if a link were added in the Quick Links navigation panel on the right.
My current bill includes a share-a-concern link and a description of further steps, if the response isn't satisfactory. However, you cannot click on the link so it is not much help. There doesn't appear to be a link to this support area from anywhere. One slow step at a time.
