Lately users have been urging people to use the Rogers Share a Concern page to report problems the cannot get help with here. While you can Google that page, it would be really handy if a link were added in the Quick Links navigation panel on the right.

Yes, my on line bill has rogers.com/contactus but it's not a hyperlink, so an extra step, copy and paste the URL in your browser. Good point.

I recently took out a very high interest loan of $9000 to pay Rogers. The payment will take at least 10-14 business days to reach them. I was working with a woman from the office of the president; now they are saying the emails are not active. I need my services ASAP ,as my husband passed last night and I need to make funeral arrangements. I have 10 people staying at my home. I have no landline. I cannot make or receive calls and agents have literally, and I Quote, said “ not my problem.” PLEASE HELP!! I need to get through this time without stress from Rogers.
