Isn't it ridiculous that users go weeks, in my mother's case months without any refund or credit. When you return a device late, they will immediately, on the date, remove funds from your account, but when they have to issue the amount back, they can't e-transfer you and it takes 3-5 weeks????? Wow this is why monopolies should be banned.
