A new suggestion for the Forums

I usually navigate the forums by clicking my notifications, then the various forums I follow in the navigation panel on the right. It would be very helpful if any forums with new messages would appear in bold in the navigation panel.

There seems to be times when Rogers Tech Staff know there is an issue or problem but clients are never informed. There  have been times when I have been told, the issue is on a 'white board'  so someone knows about it. 

One example was with a modem that had a known issue.

I would like to suggest that when there is a known issue, it gets posted to a single Directory in this Lounge Area.
