TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH LIKEWIZE

I've been here awhile

I've had the absolute worst experience with Likewize. I had my phone stolen on a Thursday morning just after midnight. After making sure the phone was gone, I made a service request claim with Likewize the next day on Friday to get a replacement phone. It is absolutely essential that I have a phone for work, so I paid the extra amount to have it delivered the next day (Saturday.)

 

It is now Monday evening and I have yet to receive my replacement phone. I've contacted everyone under the sun that I can contact regarding the whereabouts of this phone, because at this point I'm willing to go and pick it up myself wherever it is. I've gone 5 days now without a phone and no one is able to give me an update on when it will arrive either. 

 

There is no way to get in contact with a live agent over the phone at Likewize. They do not respond to their emails in a timely manner. They do not operate with customer satisfaction in mind. Unfortunately this service is just a waste of money. You will have to go through . before you get your claim fulfilled. 

 

I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND Likewize to anyone. Get apple care or any other device protection honestly. This is an absurd service they are offering, with no commitment to fulfilling the customers needs.

Thanks for taking the time to summarize your recent experience with Likewize. I'm saddened to hear that you are still waiting for this replacement phone to arrive. I can definitely understand the urgency of staying connected.

 

By any chance, did you try escalating this matter to Likewize's tier 2 support to have a manager contact you? We are also happy to have a look to see if there is anything further we can do at our end to help.
