Rogers MasterCard Redemption Issues

If you have recently redeemed points/money, be aware that Rogers MC is currently having difficulties with the cash going into your account.  I sent a message to Rogers MC and received the following reply:

 

"Sorry for the inconvenience caused, we wish to confirm that your redemption was done successfully, but our cash back system is experiencing some issue to post Cash back credit redeemed on account. We can assure that our back office department is working on fixing this as soon as possible, we'll appreciate your patience during this time, hopefully your Cash back redeemed will be posted as soon as possible. Thank you. Have a nice day."

Just as an FYI, my Cash Back Credit went through, 10 days after the redemption date.
