Can this cable signal amplifier be used for anything?

I have a couple of these amplifiers kicking around and wanted to know if they can be used for Satellite or over the air (OTA) HDTV.   If not, for what applications are these amps still good for? I don't think I can't use them on Rogers Cable anymore for any digital services due to them not having a 5-42 Mhz return path. I just wanted to know if they are of any use. Thanks.

Unfortunately those were only useful when cable TV signals was just pure analogue, but now with cable signals being transmitted using QAM (Digital) they are useless.  That is sad that the technology has become obsolete, but hey I used to use an amplifier like that back in the day too but I had to get rid of it when we switched everything to digital.
