Attention Swifties! Are you ready for it?

 

Many of us waited to get the elusive tickets to Taylor Swift |The Eras Tour last August. We lined up for virtual wait lists, it turned out All Too Well for some and it was a Cruel Summer for the rest of us.

Soon You’ll Get Better, Rogers is proud to present Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour in Canada, and we’re giving our customers the chance to win 1 of 35 pairs of tickets every week to the Toronto or Vancouver shows.​ 

 

Here’s how you can enter your ticket-winning era:

 

Who will receive an email or text with details on how to enter the contest?

Rogers customers with eligible accounts in good standing will receive an email or text.  If you are subscribed to marketing  communications, you're already on the list and there's no action on your end. If you have previously unsubscribed, you'll need to resubscribe to get the email or text. You can do this by signing into your MyRogers account.

 I’m a Rogers customer, how do I enter?  
You’ll receive an email or text message starting on August 6th with contest details and a simple way to enter the contest.

Are you a customer but didn’t get an email or text?   
You may have unsubscribed from our communications. Sign into MyRogers or My Shaw to find out next steps to enter the contest. 

Are you a new customer?  
You’ll automatically receive an email or text message in our next weekly contest email.

@fc9 : "the banner no longer appears on the Rogers website".

 

I just checked and the banner appears just fine after logging into MyRogers.  It is not on the regular Rogers website, although lots of information appears on the Rogers landing page regarding the contest.

 

You say you've tried the various suggestions, but I will provide the link again below for people who have problems with Rogers' websites:

Have you tried a different browser or logging in using Incognito or Private mode on your browser?

@57 Can you let me know what browser you are using and what link you arrive at to log in to?

 

I have Javascript enabled, pop ups allowed, I've cleared cache, tried Chrome, Safari and Firefox (in regular and private mode), and I am logged into my Rogers.

@fc9 : Latest version of Chrome on a Mac Mini M2 E10.  Link is:

 

https://www.rogers.com/ click on MyRogers at the top right of the page.

 

The following banner appears there:

PS. I also tried Safari and Firefox - both worked fine.  Above banner screenshot needs to be approved by a mod, so it may take a few minutes.

 

PPS. I just saw your additional comments and cannot explain why you don't get the banner. Sorry.  Good Luck.

I've been around

I clicked the banner 2 weeks ago.. was told I should receive an email last Tues/Wed.. got nothing.. messaged a rep and they confirmed I was subscribed and I should receive an email next Tuesday (today).. and nothing 😕

I've been visiting

@RogersZia @RogersMaude @RogersMoin @RogersYasmine I am also experiencing the same issues. I am a mobile customer in good standing - I did not receive any text/email nor any banners on the top. I have also tried to verify my mobile number and received an error code. I have been trying for a couple of weeks until I came upon this forum. Please help a desperate Swiftie enter the contest!!

I got scammed out of $600 for tickets that someone was claiming to be selling. 
it would be nice if I could actually go so the loss of my $ would not hurt so much.

I just re-joined Rogers' internet again on Sep 25 but haven't received any invitation through text or email yet. Nothing shows up under "My Offers" except "A deal just for you! Upgrade to fibre-powered Ignite services for the ultimate home experience." which directs me to Internet package page.

 

Should I keep waiting? Thanks!
