We have some great news!

 

We’re pleased to announce that we have enabled more personalized internet troubleshooting for Ignite Internet and bundle customers via our virtual assistant “Anna”. Anna is now linked to system tools which can check the WiFi performance in your home over the previous 24-hour period to better help you optimize your connection.

 

Just visit rogers.com/support and tap the icon at the bottom right labeled “How can I help?” to start a chat with Anna at anytime. You can ask Anna for help with slow internet issues and she’ll identify if other customers are having issues around you. She will also check your services' WiFi connection and determine what’s best to do next.

 

We know how important it is to have a strong WiFi connection inside your home with so many of us working or learning virtually. We’ll keep improving our personalized internet troubleshooting to make it even easier to determine what could be causing an issue and find a solution without having to wait to speak to an agent and this service is available 24/7.
