I'm being billed $192.00 per month by Shaw and $198.48 by Rogers.
My total bill for Internet and phone is almost $500.00 a month. I'm retired. I can't afford this. Shaw says my account has a credit of $600.00 but nobody can tell me a) why I'm still being billed, and b) why I have not been issued a refund.
I need to go farther up the food chain.
Who do I contact? Specifically, who do I contact?
