Failing to disclose information

So Rogers cancelled the" Pay As You Go " feature for cell phone users forcing us to register our phones on a Local Long distance plan for only $11 a month. As Wonderful as the initial deal was, for November`s Bill we paid  our usual Residential Plan Fee along with an added charge of $70 for the cell phone plan installation fee. The Rogers rep told us it was only a 1 time charge. Now here in December, Rogers decided to Pro Rate our billing cycle, without informing us and after adding $150 onto our bill ( For what exactly ? ) along with our residential fee? for what reason?. After speaking with the Managers Office then Customer Service by Phone, The Rogers Rep on The Phone told us, it was definitely a Rogers Error, but we are still required to pay this extra charge of $150 ontop of our Residential Package fee and that the error would be resolved sometime in the new Year at My expense?

The topic of the end of PAYGo (prepaid) was discussed extensively in the following thread:

https://communityforums.rogers.com/t5/Pay-as-You-Go/Rogers-and-Fido-Pre-paid-Phone-Service-Ending-De...

There were several options available to you including Rogers postpaid, Fido Postpaid, or Chatr prepaid, or another provider.

There should be no activation fee or any other fees.  You'll need to find out why you are seeing these charges. Make sure there are no offsetting credits on your bill, since that is often the case - they charge but also credit it back.

Adam from The Presidents Office Called today and Resolved the entire issue Immediately. was very knowledgeable and Polite and respectful. Communicated with Authority and Gentleness. Its because of People like Adam and others throughout the years, that we remain with Rogers, as They always look too resolve an issue while respecting the pressure the conflict put us under. Our Christmas will now continue in Peace, knowing that Rogers wasnt only able to resolve our issue, but still remain in the top 1% of taking care of Our needs and keeping us informed.
