Prepaid billing

Cheekster82
I've been around
I have recently signed up for online prepay billing through my bank account. It brought my bill down to $167 and change so that's what I set up on my bank's end to pay every month. The bills are inconsistent with the amount that I owe each month and the bill is going up by $4/month so what's the point in having a discount that doesn't actually work when the bills are never the same amount?

When the bills are inconsistent from month to month, you should login and view the pdf files and see what the charges differ from month to month.

Sometimes my wife makes a LD calls to USA or sends a few Text Messages to numbers outside of Canada so these are charges outside of my plan which means my bill will never be consistent and exact every month it will always be a bit more.

People usually view their bills once a month and compare what additional charges incurred on that billing cycle.
