I made payment arrangements on my account and thought I had selected the single instalment but I actually selected the 2 instalments. So I thought I had till the 2nd date to pay the outstanding bill (payday) but my first instalment is due tomorrow. I’ve tried for 3 days to get ahold of someone but I haven’t been able to. I put a partial payment down but I can’t make the first full instalment. My question is, can I simply pay the full amount on the second instalment date, or will I lose services if I don’t make the first payment due

The suspension parameters depend on the outstanding balance and how old the past due is. It would be best that you reach out to our Credit Operations team at 1 866 346-3430.
The hours of operation are:
Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - midnight ET
Saturday: 7:30 am - 9 pm ET
Sunday: 7:30 am - 6 pm ET
