An additional payment appeared on my account, I wanted to find out about it and called support, after selecting the option to connect to a specialist, the phone conversation ended, as well as with the chat on the website. When I select another menu in the chat, the employees connect me to another department, and the chat ends. When I informed the operator about this, she simply disconnected the chat. Maybe it's time to improve your service a bit? If you don't plan to, let me know and I'll change my operator, because I've never seen such a terrible service!

Are you sure it's the service and not related to your device? What device are you using? What troubleshooting methods have you tried? Are you in a rural or urban area? Is this issue localized to one area or everywhere you use it?
