Cancelled Service but still being billed?

Hi - Can anyone help me escalate this issue?

I cancelled my service before the end of the term of the promotion date and now I have gotten billed for the next month. I already have returned my equipment but the individuals I am calling can only say that the refund is stuck and there is nothing they can do.

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums, and thank you for your post! We appreciate you sharing your concern, and we do apologize for any frustration this situation may cause. Did you just recently cancel your services? In some cases, credits for equipment charges can take up to two billing cycles to appear. Rest assured, once our warehouse receives the equipment and processes the return, any charges that you may have received will be reversed and credited back to you.
